Just wanna give a shout out to Jacob’s Fresh Farm and the lavender festival. My wife and I had a wonderful time and enjoyed it immensely. Thank you so much for putting this together and everyone should be supporting this local business. All of your staff, vendors, awesome food trucks, and lavender / wild flowers made this an event that we will look forward to each year.

I’ve been going to Jacob’s Fresh Farm for their plant sale every spring! I have a hobby cut flower garden and I appreciate the huge variety of cosmos, snapdragons, lisianthus, and zinnias. It makes it possible for me to grow a lot more variety than I could do from seed on my own. Last year they even welcomed me into their greenhouse to help start seeds for the plant sale and I learned so much! Their plant sale also has tons of perennial flowers, and my front garden boasts butterfly weed, bee balm, yarrow, lavender, sedum, and sage all of which I bought at Jacob’s. They are a great part of our community!

I had to write this after seeing some of the recent reviews, because it just doesn't match my experience at all. I called Jacob on Wednesday, right when he was in the thick of getting ready for the lavender festival taking place this weekend. He was clearly busy, but he still took the time to patiently answer all my questions about lavender β€” how long it would stay fresh, how to dry it, all of it. I was planning to use lavender for my wedding, and he invited me to come out the next day and pick some myself. His wife actually walked me through the whole process β€” showed me exactly how to cut it, gave me a knife, rubber bands, and boxes, and even explained a few different drying methods since this was all completely new to me. When I was done and went to pay, Jacob again took the time to answer every question I had as a very overwhelmed bride. I felt like a VIP customer. The next day, he even found a bundle of lavender out in the field and texted me because he thought I'd left it behind by accident. Who does that? That's the kind of care and honesty you just don't see anymore. The farm itself is beautiful β€” a real, working farm, not some polished tourist stop. I got to spend a relaxi

The starts we bought earlier in the summer are all thriving. My favorite of the bunch are the double Dutch cosmos. We have had nothing but great experiences with this small business

This place needs all the love. It’s a family farm and they try so hard through all the adversity they face with a farm and life. They grow hard to find things like paw paw trees. I get a lot of my flowers and veggies here. I bought a lavender plant quite a few years ago and it is by far the best one I have and only one that made it this long.
